An ongoing series of film photographs of Irish farms and gardens.

This is an ongoing series of film photographs taken during site visits to small-scale farms and gardens in Ireland. The series corresponds with a body of research studying material use within such systems, and how materials–like compost, tools, plastic sheeting, etc.–my affect these systems of growth. I am particularly interested in photographing polytunnels.

Part of this research was published as a book chapter in the text, Sharing Agricultural and Gardening Cultures in Ireland : Writers and Artists (2025).
